The first project was highly liked but due to the excess area in the building, it was recommended that the building be revised and made smaller. In the second phase, the project was revised and a linear, single block building was planned. The second project kept the architectural style of the first version, keeping the social areas such as the meeting hall and restaurant on the both ends of the building.
